Plan time with friends,
effortlessly

Gather makes it easy to coordinate with the people you care about — find times that work, create events, and stop the endless back-and-forth.

Everything you need to hang out

📅

Availability windows

Share when you're free so friends can instantly see the best times to meet — no scheduling polls required.

🎉

Event creation

Create events with a title, location, and time. Invite friends directly from your Gather network and track who's in.

👯

Friend connections

Build your circle and see which friends are free. Gather shows you real availability so plans actually happen.

🔔

Smart notifications

Get notified about event invitations, friend requests, and updates — so you never miss a plan.

Calendar integrations & your data

Gather accounts are created and managed exclusively through Apple Sign In. Calendar integrations are entirely optional and exist only to help determine when you and your friends are free.

For all three calendar providers, Gather requests the minimum read-only access needed to show your availability. We read only free/busy time intervals — we never read or store event titles, descriptions, locations, or attendees.
